Yes, our storefront is located at 1936 W. Main St., Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Walk-in hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-Noon EST.

How do I submit tax-exempt documentation?

Please email your tax exemption certificate to sales@hoseandfittings.com or fax to 260-423-3600. Allow 1-2 business days for processing.

How do I request a return?

Contact customer service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA will not be accepted.

Who pays return shipping?

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
